In 2008 was completed a careful and thorough remodeling
of a former industrial structure dating to the early'900. Maintaining
almost the same appearance, the complex shows a large courtyard,
paved in terra cotta , leading to three apartments,
all with separate entrances. Insulated from the noise of the city,
the apartments express comfort, functionality and adaptability to
all needs of a cultural holiday or a business trip.
